How Does Online Coaching Work?
Lifestyle Consultation & Assessment Session
- All programs start with this session before your application can be accepted into the Bloom Body Program. This session can also be a stand alone session. Its perfect if you’re feeling stuck in your fitness and lifestyle routine and need guidance as what to do to get back on track.
- In this session, we break down your goal and lay out exactly how you got here to the place where you are dissatisfied with your health and body and what it will take for you to get to your body goal and place where you are happy and fulfilled in your lifestyle routine.
- We dive into your lifestyle, health history and go into further detail as to how your lifestyle is affecting your life overall.
- During this session you will share additional fitness, nutrition, overall lifestyle, mental and emotional, body image and any other struggles you have so we can address them in how they play a role in your lifestyle.
- We will create a holistic plan for you moving forward and kick off your new fit, healthier and happier way of living.
- The investment for a consultation session alone is NAD$450 (US$25) however if you commit to the full Body Bloom program, this amount will go towards your full program investment. Your first session is a Bloom Body Kickoff Session
- During this session you will your program material: The Bloom Body Workbook, Training App instructions, Meal logging app instructions and additional material you will use during the course of the program.
- We will do an overview of the program and we will review any questions you have.
- I want this to be the last weight loss program you ever begin which is why I spend so much time in making sure ready for this journey. During your kick off session, we will prepare you mentally and emotionally as well as equip you with the tools and knowledge required for success in long-term behavioral lifestyle change and how to thrive at loving yourself and the body you’re in as you make that lasting change.
You will receive a customized Fitness Program delivered via a training app.
- Your personalized fitness program is designed for in home workouts or the gym and are adjusted to your travel schedule so there is never an excuse to miss a workout.
- You will know exactly what exercises to do, how often, what weight and intensity based on your goal.
- Using a progressive style of programming you will move through different phases to keep you getting stronger in your strength, cardiovascular health, mobility and flexibility.
Personalized Nutrition Plan and Guidance
- We take the foods you are already enjoying, have access to and add healthy alternatives to create an eating plan that matches your goal but also your lifestyle and budget.
- There is no one size fits all when it comes to eating so we use your lifestyle as a guide so that the plan you follow is one you can maintain for the rest of your life. This is not a diet, its a sustainable lifestyle change.
- You will receive an energy breakdown and macro breakdown of how you should be eating to reach your desired goal. Yes you will have to track your meals and yes you will be submitting daily food logs, that is a non negotiable .
Best of all you receive motivation, accountability and unlimited access to me.
- We do weekly video coaching sessions via online video and you get daily motivation and engagement in our private community accountability group. Honestly I think these two are the most valuable parts of the program. There is nothing better than being surrounded by supportive woman who want nothing but the BEST for you as you work towards being the best version of yourself.
- You are required to log your workouts and nutrition daily to keep you on accountable. You are also required to send me videos to make sure you are doing exercises and measuring meals correctly and so I am able to make adjustments.
- I’m with you every step of the way. Once you say yes to this transformation I am as invested in your result as you are. I got you and will not let go UNTIL you are happy with with how you look and feel.
